Responsibilities:
The administrative assistant will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Perform routine clerical and administrative functions
Scheduling and confirming appointments
Maintain event calendar
Preparing emails, memos etc.
Assembling binders for new clients
Assist with necessary errands in preparation for an event
Assist and attend upcoming event industry shows (locally only)
Other projects as directed by the coordinators
Minimum Qualifications:
Proven written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple task and meet deadlines
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast paced environment
Ability to handle confidential information
Attention to detail
Maintain professionalism
Knowledge of social media outlets
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Publisher, Access, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications (not required):
College Student or graduate
Pay Information:
Starting pay is $9.00 per hour depending on proven experience. Hours are flexible.
